We snuck away for a quiet campout along the river in Leavenworth, and it ended up being one of our favorite trips yet. The views were unreal, the water was calm, and our dog absolutely owned the campsite — sniffing everything, and curling up by the fire. Just simple, peaceful time outside with good scenery and zero rush. Exactly what we needed.
